I love these stainless steel garden hoses. They’re lightweight and so easy to move around. They never kink, and when you want to coil them you can just drop them in a loop- no fuss! I can drag them through my plants without worrying about crushing the plants or having to do the giant whip maneuver to unkink. I have several of this style that I’ve left out over the winter accidentally and I’ve never had them burst or split like regular hoses. The inner pipe is narrower than your typical hose but I haven’t noticed an issue with water pressure. The water doesn’t seem to heat up as much when left in the sun either. I’m replacing all my old hoses with this type! This one comes with extra washers and a "neck protector." Highly recommend. ... show more

This stainless steel hose is constructed well, and both looks and functions really nicely. An issue I came across was that while I was installing it between my hose reel and wall spigot, I did not realize that one end of this steel hose has a female threaded fitting and the other end is a male fitting, and both my spigot and hose reel needed only female end fittings. I made it work temporarily by attaching the female fitting to the hose reel and the male end fitting to the old hose this was meant to replace, and then connected the old hose to the spigot again. I will have to buy a male to female adapter fitting so that I can connect this steel hose to the spigot directly and get rid of my old, worn out hose once and for all. After tightening the fittings on my temporary arrangement using a small pipe wrench, I turned on the water and was very happy to see there were no leaks on any of the fitting connections. This hose will be staying outdoors exposed to full sun and all of the elements so only time will tell if this steel hose is actually as durable as they claim. The rubber-coated grip did come loose on one end of the hose and won't reattach for some reason, but that doesn't affect the functionality at all. I also did not receive any additional washers with my hose, just the single one that was inside the female fitting when I unboxed it. I do wish that the diameter of the hose was slightly larger, though. The inner pvc hose and the stainless steel outer layer are both very diminutive compared to other hoses I've owned. I'm unsure if that affects the flow rate of water but I did notice when watering my garden today that the pressure was weaker than what I'm used to. ... show more

I needed a short leader hose to water my garden with so I decided to go with a stainless steel option, my first one. I must say I am impressed with this hose. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver around the perimeter. The ends are solid brass with hard plastic protectors to prevent stress on the hose at the connections. There are no leaks after making the connections. The hose itself is definitely kink-proof and abrasion resistant. I can see it lasting for many years to come. It coils up easily too. This 10ft stainless steel garden hose from Jermichoc is lightweight yet sturdy. The design truly doesn’t kink which is a major improvement over traditional hoses. I’m using it to clean and refill a birdbath just a few feet from the faucet, and it’s perfect for that kind of short-distance task. This hose is a great length for short distances. I was hesitant about ordering it due to the metal material, but it's actually held up quite well. The ends have connected to both water spouts and handheld sprayers easily without any leaking issues. There's been zero sign of rust or corrosion and I love how it doesn't kink up at all.
