First let me begin by stating I replaced this fan with an outdated name brand ceiling fan with lights. The packaging of product was great, everything was very easy to find and organize. The installation was straight-forward, took about an hour with the longest task being attaching the fan blades to the motor base. Wiring was VERY easy compared to some ceiling fans I've put up, only thing I would add would be to place some kind of mount so the receiver sits inside the body while wiring. This is by far the most quiet fan I've ever had, seen, or replaced. It is WHISPER QUIET!! It puts out so much wind, at times it's a little too much. I got it to circulate the cold air, so I'm completely satisfied. The remote is excellent, very responsive, and user-friendly. I love the flush mount option, I have low ceilings, so the height of this is great. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I had to let people know about this fan. IT IS AWESOME. If you are on the fence, please consider this one. I don't think you'll regret it; I know I didn't.

Final review: I'm changing back my review of this product to 4 stars after dealing with representatives reached out to me to try to make it right. I have already started the return of the defective fan with Amazon, and repurchased a replacement. I'm very glad they've proven to be an honorable business because I do love this product. I like everything from the way the fan blades have to slide in one way so that there is no guesswork about finding the blade-to-fan hole when you're working upside down(just remember to screw in each screw tight as you go, and you won't have a problem) to the easy magnet you use to attach the light. I'm once again a happy customer. ********** Sad second review after having trouble with fourth fan: I'm amending my review from four stars to one star. After putting up three ceiling fans with no issues, I ran into a dud on the fourth and last fan I tried to install. FIRST problem was that one of the blades didn't slide in easily. I mean, I could get one screw in completely, but the second screw would only go on halfway. SECOND problem was that the plastic light cover was broken. At this point I figured I would just contact the company and have them send me a replacement cover. But THIRD problem. I couldn't pull down the middle wiring enough to plug it into to light. This thing was a dud when it left the factory and they sent it out anyway. One out of four quality products may be good enough for this brand, but it's not good enough for me. I'm returning it, and I won't trust another from them. Too bad because I did like it. What is below is my original review. ************* Initial review: I almost sent this back after reading through the directions. I'm glad I didn't. This fan is whisper quiet and there's no wobble at all. I bought 4 and I've installed 2 so far. I'm a 64- year old lady, so I'm not very strong or bendy. Once I had everything prepared from the comfort of the sofa, ladder time was less than 20 minutes. (That's because I had to stop to pick up dropped screws and get some water and remember what I was doing.) As far as figuring it all out, just remember you have to unscrew most visible screws (except for the three flathead smaller screws on one side of the fan motor can) and then put them all back in as you go. I took off a star for the insanely bad directions: "First put up the fan, and THEN wire it." Wha ...? But it was well worth the initial frustration.

Product was very easy to install. Fan looks great and well made. Very quiet operation. Lamp cover (plastic) was broken due to shipping probably but email support was very fast and sent a replacement quickly. No complaints at all and would purchase units again.

I have put together thousands of things in my lifetime. This was the number one worst! What should have taken less than two hours took over five. I would have been much better off if I never read the instructions. Still when I finished the led lighting plate was loose and not attached to anything. Don’t know why. The fan worked great. The light is a little strange the way it operates. Bottom line is I would absolutely never buy this make again! It is quiet and smooth, that’s the only reason I’m not returning it.

This fan is very nice, it comes with a phone app plus a full featured remote control that has many pre- programed lighting and fan functions. There are no chains or switches on this fan, even fan forward and reverse are on the remote. The fan operates very smoothly and quietly, it comes with various mounting hardware for most any installation need, there is also a blade balancing kit included to insure that you have the smoothest operation of the ceiling fan. This is a very nice fan.
