This massage set is really well made. The foam material is heavy duty and will last a long time. All the pieces are made very well and work as they should. I like that a storage bag is included to keep everything together when not in use. The material is really easy to clean off if you get it sweaty or dirty and it doesn't hurt when your full weight is laying on it as you roll.

I really like all the things you get in the bundle. The ball really helps me with my plantar fasciitis rolling it under my foot! I like the hand held roller you can use it anywhere and it doesn’t feel harsh and the band allows extra stress. I had a roller made of foam and this one is def tougher more solid so I actual found it painful for me. All in all I like this stuff just know the roller is on the tough side

Just what I needed! I have a soft foam roller and though it is spongy it did a decent job, but now that I lift heavy weights this new set is awesome. The foam roller for the body is wrapped on a solid rolled tube giving me much stronger myofascial release. When dealing with tight shoulders or my deltoids are barking the rolling stick is perfect for those smaller areas. Gets in deep and I get that nice release, preparing my muscles for my next workout. The massage ball is great for pinpoint muscle fascia release for hips, feet and neck. The resistance band was okay but not the deal breaker for this set. I have plenty of these anyway. Recommend!

The foam roller is a hard plastic tube covered with a thin layer of stiff foam. The diameter of the tube is a tad too big so unless you are already very flexible, having your back over this roller is going to be a stretch. The foam itself is very stiff so it can be beneficial in some circumstance but it can also be not too comfortable. Because of the inner tube, you have room to store all the other accompanied items inside when placed inside the mesh bag. The massage roller stick is of a good size. It's not too heavy and like the back roller, the foam is not very thick. But the overall size makes it very easy to maneuver to different part of your body. I have no use for the massage ball. As for the band, it does not have enough resistance for me. With all that said, the whole set is well made and nicely packed to carry with you on your stretch session.

I have had foam rollers in the past. This is a nice addition to the softer one I have. This is a smaller more compact roller that you can pack and take with you. It is on the firm side, but sometimes, just sometimes, my body requires that extra "ooph" when rolling it. It does come with a couple accessories that will come in handy. I like the ridges and tread on this particular roller. The color is pretty cool to, a far cry from those old school black foam ones. For it's lightweight, it is very strudy. Handles my 180lbs with no problems.
