Can no longer walk, totally dependenton on scooter.Old one was in need of time worn repairs.I ordered a new one which I am very pleased with. My wife assembled it with no problems. I am writing about shipping and sellers 8 day delivery Several delivery dates, finally being told to call back if not received by July 15 th. I was plesantly surprised when it came on July 14 th. 8 days after original order. I Imagine the money was available at once to the seller and shipper with regrettably unpleasant, conservation.The scooter could be longer 4star, with everything else being a solid 5 star.

Very nice scooter For a very reasonable price. The headlight and basket is a bonus. I had a slight issue that was not the sellers fault but they handled it like professionals. Super impressed. Would definitely buy this scooter and from this company again. Thank you.

Handle/ steering wheel will not stay tighten. While in motion handle bars can fall in your lap. Purchased in May battery will not hold a very good charge. My brother lives a block away from the store and he has ran out of battery power too many times to count. Looking to purchase a better scooter as my brother is a double amputee.

The pamphlet didn’t give clear directions to assemble. the basket was broke- the wheel in the back was broke (the one to use to roll) customer contact is much delayed to notify for replacement parts. If not notified I will be returning. Beware on purchase not worth the money for how the product was received.

what I dislike is the manual written instructions for the mobility scooter. The instructions were poorly written and the picture illustrations were poorly demonstrated. No contact phone number was provided. I would not recommend the seller.
