I was very disappointed. This did not perform well at all. Not powerful enough, it did not grind seeds up, and there were still chunks in my smoothie after I blended several times. I was concerned I might burn up the motor. Still, it did not make my drink smooth. Sent it back. I am sticking with my Vitamix blender, even if it is a little large for one smoothie. First use of blender was to make cashew cream. It’s not bad. Did the job okay, but was a bit frustrating. Controls are preset, and limited. The machinery overheated fast, but some of this might have been my not making a runny cream sauce. It is better than the Vitamix that I bought in 2017 from Costco, which is annoying to wash, and not any better, maybe worse at creaming cashews and such. And, this new blender is cute, much cuter sitting on my counter than the Vitamix. The rating rests somewhere between 3-4, but given this is only my first use, I’ll round up. ... show more

I was looking for a quality blender that doesn't wake up the whole house and send the dog barking when I make my morning smoothie. Found it! Love the fact that it is very easy to clean. The blade design makes the difference. Looks sleek on the countertop too. Worth every penny.

The blender worked very well but after a year and half of moderate use it began making a loud noise and left a fine black dust under the blade cup. The blade is froze. I spend more in order to have quality products that will last. This one is a disappointment and waste of money.

While it was working it was an excellent blender: powerful, easy to use and clean, stylish. But after only 2 years of using it occasionally (maybe 2x week) it stopped working. Very disappointing, especially at this price. Something else for the growing trash heap.
