I am not very much into giving reviews on any product I buy online but this time the quality of this product and its functionality calls for it. Buying this Chair Lift for me has been a tremendous help and a game changer in the care I provide for my husband. I was surprised how well this device work because is like having a portable small elevator from the floor to a sitting position available to you when you need it! I never expected to find this innovative and well-made product in the market when I started to shop for some aids or techniques to help someone who has fallen or slide to the floor to stand up with the least of the efforts from them or the helper or care giver. This is a product that really works, well built and very easy to handle. It is more than a blessing if the person who needs to stand up help themselves to be positioned on the chair but if that is not the case it cost little effort for you and any care giver to sit him or her on the Chair Lift since it has 2 extended ramps to the side that facilitates that person to be positioned on the Chair. It is easy to carry, though a little bit heavy, any regular standard size person can handle it with ease. The Chair Lift It is definitely a high quality, durable product with very sturdy material used in its fabrication. It is a definitely a plus especially with respect to accessibility, safety and care-giving in general. I have used it sometimes for my husband when he slides to the floor and can’t get back up. The caregiver and I positioned him back into the Chair Lift and he was up in his feet in not time! Definitely a great purchase and I highly recommend this product. It saves me time, it gives me a peace of mind knowing I can handle falls in case I need it, it gives me independence from external help and has made my life more stress free knowing that I can help my husband in an easy and safe way. The customer service is also excellent. There is a real person on the other side of the phone line willing to listen to your concerns and gives you immediate answers. It is really a nice surprise since most of the service provided for mechanical or digital devices you buy online are not that responsive. So, I definitely give this business five thumbs up!! This has worked perfect for me. I have had to use it twice when I fell.. Easy for me to get on and raised me up to sitting position, not unsteady or scary. Now it shows could be used in tub, however I tried to do that but tub just wasn't working, no way to adjust chair to use in tub. I was really looking forward to sit in tub.

The chair works well to lift a person from the floor. It is easy to use. It appears that it will function well for its intended purpose. I would suggest 3 modifications that would make this a better unit. The side boards help in transferring from the floor to the chair, but they are very flimsy and are not strong enough to allow help with standing or to change position when seated. The chair back does not lock in place, so it can open when carrying the unit. A latch to keep it closed would be helpful. I used a bungee cord. There is space on the chair back to hold the controller and the charger. This would be useful to keep all items together. I store the controller under the bungee cord I used. I will use a velcro strap to hold the charger to the chair back.

This is a wonderful functional chair. I bought one in 2023 and have used it numerous times for different family members. The battery life is fantastic. Chair stays charged even a year between use. I charge it after each use. Chair is too heavy to move for older people. I have a mini trolly (to move suitcases or boxes) works great if needed. The suction cups are very strong but there are times I have to move chair to aid person to the seat. I found I can use big round sliders to stop the suction or sit chair on rug. Chair works best when the back is tilted back a little so person can be in a more relax position before raising. This also works great in a bathtub with water. I paid a little more for chair than priced today but it has been worth every penny for peace of mind and to have the ability to help my loved ones without involving others. I highly recommend the purchase of this chair and have recommended it to others. I would suggest to the company to include optional accessories such as a trolly with wheels or add fold out or snap on wheels for the chair because this chair is very heavy for elders and the disabled because they can’t use it if they can’t move it.

This device is great. We didn’t have a fall but tried it out. Easy to use. You don’t need to sit on it. I tried several scenarios and discovered that you can just lay across the seat and raise it to where you can get on your knees if you might be too hurt to maneuver into a sitting position. The easiest use was to just rest my forearms on the seat and raise the seat until I was comfortably on my knees and use the seat and back of the chair to easily stand up.
