Scooter works great. Easy to maneuver as well as light weight enough to be able to push when in neutral. I had to use their customer service a year after purchase because scooter was brought inside for the winter and to charge and when I was ready to get it working to take back outside, I couldn't get it to run. Battery was charged and everything was working, but it wouldn't move. Customer Service was awesome! Quick to respond and very patient with me as I tried to determine what was going on. Of course, it was ME, not the scooter. I didn't have the scooter in "drive" mode. I had the wheels unlocked because I was getting ready to take it outside and didn't realize it wouldn't run then. So long and short, scooter is great and so is Customer Service. Highly recommend!

We have had several of these for our customers and they really love them. These are hard to find and other models cost a lot more money. Definitely a good value for the price.

Excellent product. Only problems are in the right turn radius. A little too short and it didn’t have lithium ion batteries. I’m a friend of lithium. Batteries.!! Otherwise, I’d buy it again!

but used the trouble shooter suggestions so my neighbor and i got it working. only down side is the very loud 'backup horn' .... seriously? but drives smooth. thank you amazon for your help. if you need to contact seller - phone number is incorrect
