Ive had a chronic dryness on my lips for months. I’ve tried many lip balms but nothing worked. On the 2nd day of this lip balm, my chronic dryness was gone. However, Ive had this lip balm for 5 days now and feel like the tube is almost empty. The finished application is too glossy for my personal preference. I feel like this would be more of a hydration treatment lip balm given the high price point. This also has a metal tip applicator which isn’t necessary. If they could maybe just use a basic applicator, they could reduce their cost and offer it at more affordable price. Would I buy it again? Maybe. But would not use it daily. Only giving 3 stars because of price and small fill volume.

I recently purchased the Paula’s Choice Lip Peptide Treatment, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I am a serial lip biter and here are my thoughts after using this for a few months. Some of the side effects are enough to make me not want to use this product again, even though the results were what I wanted. Pros: moisturizes and makes lips smooth. texture of gloss is nice. Noticed healing improvement. Cons: Has a slight chemical smell. If you get it in your mouth, which inevitably you will, it will make your mouth start to feel dry. Noticed small pimples around lip line occasionally. Perhaps there is something in it I'm reacting poorly to, and maybe this will work well for someone else. For me, the side effects do not outweigh the benefits.
