This was to be an update of my previous review of 5 Stars w/ pics. But it's disappeared?! So "Take 2": My Xmatch HD-4wheel scooter is my only transportation. But it has a long battery life, I ride countless 5 to 10 mile trips I've gone 26 miles at 10 to 15.5mph and still had near a third of power left; That's impressive! But it's the Absolutely AMAZING Customer Service that equals, (if not surpasses) my happiness of my "Super Scooter." I get compliments and questions of how to get &/or buy one, from many people, which I gladly share. So much so, that I should be getting paid for advertising for this company! Understand:: I'm not a robot, I organically, not Aritificially know what squares the traffic lights or bicycles are in, nor am I paid. This is simply my honest (2'nd) review. The fat tires are still in good shape, even with a few "whiskers" remaining at 431 miles now. It's got a comfortable seat and a smooth ride on pavement/sidewalk. But I love that I can take short-cuts over grass and such, climbing over without any problems. I rarely give reviews, as some people, just as a matter of course, even take pics of their ordinary food. But how can I not share how much I love my scooter and this company?! If you do buy this one, in my opinion, by experience, your expectations may be surpassed! It's a great product and company that's continuously eager to help way beyond the sale.
