So far so good. I always read prior comments, especially the negative ones to figure out if there are common issues. First off, packaging was excellent. Very well protected parts, they even have solid metal removable brackets protecting the corners of the main grill unit (I bet some folks don't realize those are meant to be removed). Instructions are well laid out and easy to follow. I recommend a long handle screw driver if you have one for some of the undercarriage assembly. Took me two hours, but at a very leisurely pace. One person job. I'm on my third use now, I will say this, for a small 3-burner unit it has more than enough BTUs per sq inch. In fact, runs hot (and I'm doing this in cold weather at the moment). Those who complain that it is light weight...well...yes it is...go look at the price you are paying and then think about that comment again. Very good entry level gas grill. ... show more

I'm always hesitant to buy large items like this online due to the risk of shipping damage, but I took a chance on this grill as it appeared to be an incredible value and I was pleased to discover upon accepting delivery of this grill that it was packaged exceptionally well such that shipping damage was quite unlikely. It's actually really quite amazing and impressive how well this grill was packaged. There was clearly a lot of thought put into designing this grill for shipping and then carefully nesting all of the parts together with adequate support, bracing and cushioning. Assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Assembly did take me 2-3 hours, so plan accordingly if you're looking to get this assembled and put to use right away like I was. This is actually my first grill so I have nothing to compare it against, but I was impressed with the quality of the parts and how they all came together during assembly and with how sturdy the entire grill felt once assembled. Hooking up a 20# propane tank was easy, as was checking for leaks per the instructions in the manual (there were no leaks). Each of the 5 burners lit up right away and, after leaving each burner on high for 15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residue per the assembly instructions, I was able to sear a plate of ribeyes all at once in just a few minutes for my first meal on the grill. The ribeyes were cooked to perfection and the grill was super easy to clean off afterwards with a basic grill wire brush. I couldn't be any more happy with this grill being my first grill. I bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts so I can't verify the quality, but it seems very sturdy and complete. Will make a nice gift for my 2 brothers that grill a lot. I'll update this after Christmas when I find out what they think.

Really happy with this grill so far. It heats up super fast and cooks evenly. The cast iron grates make nice grill marks, and the side burner is super handy for sauces or veggies. Assembly took a little time but it feels sturdy once it’s together. Cleaning is easy too. the grease tray slides right out. Perfect size for family cookouts. Definitely worth it for the price! I’ve used it a few times already for burgers, chicken, and veggies, and everything came out great. The temperature control knobs work well, and the stainless steel still looks brand new after a few uses. It feels like something that’ll hold up for a long time if you take care of it. ... show more
