If not used for a while it will stick so bad that it is unusable and needs to be cleaned. They do however have great customer service and gave a few suggestion to release the stuck sugar. Those methods didn't work for me but found another way to fix the situation.

Converted an old refrigerator into a kegerator. Looks like a professional job. You need some basic DYI skills to pull this off and lengths of plastic tubing to connect the gas and kegs.
