I returned the product! Used it and it does work however, the temperature of the cable and the unit got way hot and when I read the temperature on the unit display, it was reading 172 F. When running it at 32 amps. Everything seemed to work fine so I tried to see what the 172F temperature was reading from in the manual and I could not find an answer. Then I tried to look up the company on the web and could find nothing on them minus what Amazon had on their site. Then I went to click on customer service for the company in the Amazon site and it took me to a page that didn’t work. After realizing I was going to be going to bed with this thing charging my car in my garage while my family was in the house it was not worth risking. Sent it back. Zero ways to get ahold of their customer service. Doesn’t seem to be a real company.

I have tested many EV chargers from Level 1 to Level 2 with price ranges from $80 to $500 and this is the one to get if you have a Level 2 outlet. The name spells quality and the parts look well built. I especially love the 21ft cord as most usually comes with 17ft, which is too short to go around the vehicle. If you are like me and convert an available 40A outlet to EV charging use, this charger would be perfect as it will give you all the 32A fast charging speed you need to charge the vehicle to 80% overnight. It is plug and play. Of course you can select the amperage you prefer, so easily. It is compatible to all CCS plug type and if you have an NACS adapter, it can charge your Tesla as well.

Point blank, this is a fantastic deal for less than $175 bucks. There are no complicated apps that need access to my photos and address book...for some reason. Just 2 simple buttons to control the when and how for this delightful little charger. It has a nice size display that tells you all the pertinent information, such as charge time and rate, and it is super easy to mount on the wall and get up and running. Literally just mount the bracket on the wall, drop the charger in it, plug it into the wall, and then plug it into your vehicle. Pow, you're off to the races. The 32A charge rate is excellent at this price point, you can find faster chargers (40A or more), but the price will go up. This represents an excellent "bang for the buck", and if you're looking for an alternative to a dealer-installed charger, this will save you thousands. It does come with a carry / storage bag, which is pretty nice, but kind of unnecessary as the primary use for this charger in most situations will be as a permanently installed charger on the garage wall. If you want a 'travel charger', I recommend looking for one that will work on both 120V as well as 240V for flexibility. Overall, I really like this charger. It's made very well, works flawlessly, and gets the job done without asking for permission to access my address book. And saves a ton of money to boot. Highly recommended, 5 stars.
