It took 10 minutes to assemble - you will need a small (1/8") regular screwdriver to tighten the electrical clamps. Otherwise everything else can be done with a #2 phillips or electric screwdriver. The fan is super quiet - no noise at the highest setting and worked well in a 12'x14' room. The LED light is adjustable both in brightness and color (white to dull yellow) and ;lit the room very well. Not include is a pair of AAA batteries for the remote which is required to change any settings. Overall a great fan/light - easy to assemble and can be installed by any qualified installer. As it says I got a second one. Real nice fan and light. Really lights up the area in my kitchen and with different settings of light at the touch of a button really goes well. The fan assembled really easy. And moves air like a fan twice its size. Then there is the installing of it into the USA light sconce not going to happen with the provided hardware, none of the holes are lined up to use. After some modifications i was able to put it up but if you are not ready for that you will be doing some cussing so keep the kids in the other room. The light and fan come with a connecter box installed that if you don't have micro screwdriver set you will probably not be able to use, I just bypassed it. ... show more

Installation was easy and the fan looks and works great. It has kept my plants healthy for almost 3 months now. The fan operates quietly and the controls works well. I am awaiting installation of this product but it may take months. In the meantime I can assure you it is a 3 bladed fan with light. It comes with a remote and a remote holder, very handy. Instructions and hardware is included.
