Ive been through several and this is the best Ive found, I was most recently using a beach sand sifter and kids rake, which worked, but this made life SO MUCH easier! No more bending all the way down to scoop it up in fear of the handle breaking. The rake works perfect and has a longer handle than the kids rake. Both pieces can be customized for length of the handle depending on how many pieces you screw together. This works great for me because the full sized ones hit the mesh on the roof and are too long, but the kid ones are too short. The entire thing is sturdy, doesn't bend with the weight of the sand/ poop, sifts great. Overall I will look for this one again if I need another one.

I’m giving this a 4 because it is to easy for the chickens poo to fall through the screen. If it was more of a finer screen to enhance the ability to pick up the finer pieces that would be awesome! It’s easy to work with though. The shovel and rake are strong however.

This works great for our children coop. Definitely cut the time it takes to clean it up in half. We don't use the rake but it seems to be pretty well built.

I'm using it to clean dog poop from the lawn and deck. They work pretty well, though the angles are not quite right. The scoop handle is at the wrong angle for me, which makes it a bit tricky to ease. Otherwise they were easy to put together. The poles fit/ screen together easily and I was able to leave off one set of poles because they felt too long otherwise. The powder coating on the metal seems good which when paired with the plastic handles gives these a good quality feel. I just feel that the angles are off, which makes then difficult for me to use for long periods of time.

Sturdy tools for chicken coop.

This chicken coop scoop and rake set works quite well. I love the overall size and mesh size of the scoop basket. It works well with the rake. It’s especially useful if you have sand bedding in your coop. It’s easy to clean off with a hose after you’re done using it. The materials seem durable, but I do notice a few rust spots here and there on the handles after a few months of use. My main concern is that the handle loosen themselves while you are working with them, so you will have to periodically stop and tighten down the handles while you are using this product.

It's seldom that I leave a rating for a product, but I am so disappointed. This product was perfect for my 4 chicken coop. On the second use scooping light-weight, dry wood shavings, the scoop bolt snapped off. It's too much of a hassle to return this product, so I will take my lumps and beware of cheap products. Not sure how this has a 4+ rating. It's not the most robust rake and scoop, but I certainly thought it would hold up to cleaning my small coop. I was wrong.
