Ts a small job steam cleaner in my opinion. Used it to clean bathroom fixtures and grout lines. It worked ok but took time to get the results I wanted. It’s hot, it’s steamy. But it’s a small job tool. It worked okay, followed the instructions and made all the connecting tight and had no problems with the operation.

I had lower expectations, as I've always used other styles of steam machines. But for what I've used it for, which is defrosting evaporators, it's worked very well. Above all, I don't have to wait as long for the steam to start coming out.

Everything about this little steamer was great UNTIL IT STARTED LEAKING EVERYWHERE!!!.The second time this happened it was so hot, even the gloves did not help! So it's possible that this model was defective but I was afraid to try another one. It has some really great attachments and when it was working I believe it had potential but it needs a really good operators manual. The one it came with was not helpful. If some adjustments can be made this steamer for the price would be great!

The media could not be loaded. I was concerned about it not working good enough but its fine. i used it to clean a head gasket and clean the motor for rebuild. I am cheap, so i was very impressed with how good it works. T hose they used is a bit cheap, but it works! And it works fast! And REMEMBER, alot of people dont know that you can NOT plug this in and let it not have water in it, it will burn up!! Have Had NO issues, I LOVE IT! Im the type who researches for hours before i buy something but i am very happy with this for cleaning in the garage
