Bought this for my GM vehicles and it helped me diagnose several issues i was having over multiple vehicles. Some of these issues i didn't even know about, until i scanned with this unit even thought i had a cheaper hand held unit purchased a while ago. It did not find any of the codes for HVAC, Door control modules and TPMS. Speaking of TPMS had a co worker ask me to scan his RAM truck for an ABS module issue and his TPMS sensors also weren't working - i cleared all codes and the TPMS sensors started working, we didn't even know that was possible thru this level scanner. All in all i would defintely recommend others buy this scanner, or any Launch product.

The device works well but you will need to have a subscription to unlock the security gateway to preform a diagnostic on a newer vehicle.

Nice unit, not too large and fits comfortably in your hands. After charging for three days my unit would not charge past 62%. It also did not come with a storage container as advertised. I actually wonder if this was a prior return from someone else and shipped out again. Amazon is shipping a replacement and I will update after i can get some use out of it!

Very intuitive OS design with easy navigation, responsive screen, and available options. There's a good number of features behind a monthly paywall, but for those who just need standard scanning, it's good but pricy. Pulls and reads codes well as most OBD2 readers should.
