Bought this fan in September of 2025. It was perfect in the beginning. Fan worked well, lights illuminated very nicely. Aesthetically it was beautiful. 4 months ago, it just stopped working. The remote doesn’t do anything; changed the batteries; nothing. It does still turn on with our original light switch; but the fan doesn’t work anymore either. We’ve troubleshooted, had someone look at it, it’s just not working. Should’ve read all the bad reviews before buying because a few people share my same experience.

Update: I contacted the seller and was given instructions to reset the remote. If you’re having this issue, here’s the fix: Turn the fan off from your wall switch, wait 30 - 60 seconds, turn the light back on from the wall switch, press and hold the center button of the remote for 5-10 seconds to reset the remote. I did this and it worked perfectly. Original review: The fan is beautiful and easy to install. Sadly, the remote didn’t work. I can turn the lights on and off with my light switch, but the fan won’t operate without a remote. Waiting for customer service to resolve the issue and will update this review.

Love it, the fun is little but mighty and quite you can barely hear is on . I also like who it reflects the light so settle. The first one I order the fan didn't work for they replaced it, I been having it for a while now and I don't have any issues. Great for low ceiling and easy to assemble.

UPDATE: FIXED....A reviewer who got a hold of customer service was nice enough to leave a review in which he explained what's going on with the remote: Sometimes it arrives unpaired with the light - TO FIX THIS, turn the light off at the wall switch, wait 30ish seconds, then turn it back on, point the remote at the light and push the round center Fan/off button and Hold it. After about15 ish seconds the fan should start and now your remote is paired. SO now the light works fine and I don't have to remove & return. Thank you to that reviewer, and hopefully this helps someone else. Assembly and install was easy (I've un-installed and re-installed more than once now) BUT the remote (despite changing out to different batteries) does not work and therefore the FAN DOESN'T WORK. The wall switch will turn the lights on but that's it. Yes, I've checked the wiring and done the recommended troubleshooting. Since I've already disposed of the old ceiling mount light this is a problem. I was planning to buy another one for the bedroom next door as well so this is pretty disappointing. I'm really hoping the seller sees this review because I'm pretty unhappy with the light right now and would like another remote or better yet another entire light sent out ASAP.

Really pretty little fandalier. Hard to install vs. the others. I don't like is that the blades are plastic and the flow is not all that great. Not sure how long this will last, but it is cute as long as it functions. I purchased others that are not plastic blades; I would prefer this one were metal. It makes me wonder how long it will last and its durability. Look: 5 stars for looks- great, especially when lit. Build quality: 2 stars Installation 1.5 stars - tricky little bastard 4 stars, price, but quality is questionable Functionality: 2.5 stars - not the strongest fan Value for money: probably spend a little more and get better quality

Garbage! Don't waste your money. Nevermind the ridiculous remote you have to pair, but this product is not well made. Putting the shades together is nothing, but the function is poor. Did not work at all, when I opened the motherboard of remote access inside the fixture, it was burnt. Clearly these short out, so not only are they poorly made, they are not safe. If you are going to buy it anyway which is the mistake I made after reading some negative reviews, then be SURE to have your breakers off and test the light Before you attach to the mount. There are much better products out there. This is the 2nd light fixture I have purchased in less than 2 weeks, different products from different sellers on Amazon and Both were absolute garbage! I have read tons of reviews from different sellers on Amazon selling fandeliers and most all of them below $200 are terrible. Believe the reviews, Amazon needs to ban these sellers because the frustration is not worth the discount.
