I needed a fan in a room where the existing ceiling light fixture had not been readied for a fan. The older fans are heavy with the large copper wound motors. These lighter fans can be mounted on existing light fixture boxes. The fans are also LED, so long life is part of the package. Quiet and capable. The added colored ambiance and night light option is also a welcome feature. Highly recommend!

I installed this product my master bedroom. Total install took about 30-45 minutes since I had to disassemble the old light. I like this one because it looks minimal and weighs next to nothing. It was super easy to install with three wires: Power, neutral and an optional ground. The LED light portion is surprisingly bright and has three different tone modes for your choosing. There is also a nightlight feature and a clear plastic fan which is pretty quiet and puts out some impressive air dispersion. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the included remote. The button graphics are somewhat confusing, with a learning curve, and would be better understandable if it had text labels instead. Otherwise, I am super pleased with this purchase.

Great concept, replaces standard light fixture and gives you a remote control fan & light on one single switch. Cons are that the 6 fan speeds are very similar speeds, not much difference. And the fan is small, so in bed we would mostly feel the air on our midsections, not so much on head & feet. Overall definitely better than not having a fan. The remote works well for the light, you leave the wall switch on and then control the light with the remote.
