I think a 4S (4 in serious) 18650 battery configuration for an impact driver is soooo perfect and I'm excited to put this to the test. The handle is slightly longer as a result but still less bulky than 18v drivers. My Milwaukee M12 was always under powered and my Ryobi 18V is too big for many of my around the house uses so I am hopeful this will fill a nice niche for me as a total tool hound as I wanted something for my tool bag that has the basics in it. I did have some mild issues but customer support was well above and beyond amazing to work with. I would highly recommend to anybody! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Power and durability exceeded all expectations. Fits well in my hand and seems to outperform my larger impacts. Charger can be a little touchy, needs a shake to seat the battery properly.

used 1 hr,tigger would not start motor unless you bumped floor or wall to start motor,chuck about to fall off,could not finish the hvac job.send it back.don t buy.stay with the brand names.
