This hutch is wonderful. I bought it for our guinea pigs. We had a tank plus a playpen to allow them to stretch their legs. This consolidates their living situation a bit! They love it. They immediately started exploring and popcorning all over. The assembly was simple and took my husband maybe 45 minutes after I unboxed it. You do need an electric drill and a screw driver. It’s very easy to move. We kept the wheels off and carried it from our living room to my daughter’s room easily. If I needed to push it down the hallway alone I could have. We also kept the asphalt roof off the second floor to leave it open air. Our guinea pigs are too small to climb out. We are using the second floor for all of their food and it’s just easier to restock everything this way. We added: a hanging hay feeder that we hung with nails and a hidey castle plus washable puppy pee pads, a cozy fleece blanket and a fleece lined tunnel. I might want the wire mesh to be a little sturdier if I was going to have this outside. And I would want the latches to lock to keep raccoons out. But for indoors I think it’s fine.

This hutch came in clutch. My guinea pigs love it and so do I. There is so much space for them now. It has 3 draws to pull out to clean and sanitize their cage making it cleaner and fresher for me.

It’s a beautiful hutch and my little baby girl (she’s about 3 months old and she’s the cutest little bunny I’ve ever seen) absolutely adores all the space, however, it does feel very cheap. Which, you get what you pay for. It’s a great size for one bunny, two could probably fit comfortably but I wouldn’t go further than that. All of the doors and removable trays make it super easy to clean and super easy to catch her when it’s time to clean it lol. I chose not to put the wheels on as I have tile floors and no amount of locking will stop castor wheels from sliding on them. However, I feel if the wheels were on you would have a much easier time moving this from room to room if you needed to, making it slightly more portable than without wheels. Solid buy for the price, but the longevity and solidarity of the hutch are mildly questionable.

It's a nice cage, cleaning is easy, it smells pretty bad for the 1st couple of days but it went away eventually. The directions were the most vague I've ever read but it still went together pretty quickly

Much smaller than I anticipated. Or maybe my rabbit is very large for the cage. He’s too big to go up and down the stairs so the upstairs is pointless. Very much cheaply made. Haven’t had it but maybe two weeks and the wheel broke off. Not sure how ur supposed to keep bedding in the cage so the rabbit isn’t just wallowing in their feces when u go to pull the trays out to clean them, it pushes the bedding out everywhere no matter how little you put in it. It’s definitely a cute idea and easy to assemble, but you get what you pay for.

My rabbit is loving the ultimate dream! It's like a bunny Mansion. I love that it comes with a little hay feeder. I put it together by myself so it was quite easy to assemble. Very durable worth every penny

Does the job of holding in rabbits for now. However the wood is fragile and has already cracked where screws are used. The wheels are cracking the legs so the wheels doesn’t stay on, making it unstable and not very mobile as I was hoping. It takes 2 people to move due to the wheels.

This is the 2nd product I've bought from this company, THERE IS A STANK to it when you open the shipping box. Their paperwork says it's safe and it's okay, but I highly doubt it. I was in my drafty barn with too much air flow, and the stink of this unit got myself and my fiancee a migraine building it. Again this is the 2nd product we've bought from them, the first being a DogHouse. All three of my dogs are afraid to go near, 9 months later. While I can no longer smell the doghouse, I assume rain, wind and sunlight have baked the exterior scent, Im worried what this Bunny Hutch will do to my rabbits. More so what it's stink will do to my barn. The product pages says it's good for 2-4 rabbits, but the ONE we're putting in to it will feel a bit crowde ( 4 month old male New Zealand), no idea what dwarf baby rabbits the seller was talking about, it's A LOT smaller than pictured, though the measurements labeled seem to be right. And they trays, you have to lock your rabbits out of areas to pull your trays, there's nothing between them and the trays, keep in mind when buying this, for the lower 2 trays your bunny can escape and run, and for the top tray, they can fall, panic, and get hurt if you aren't forcing them to a different section. As for sturdiness, it's a pretty solid unit, the build quality is good, just don't breathe as your building it.
