The basic pan works well, but if using LP gas, the gas screams through the line and the air valve allows some gas to escape with a noticable gas smell.

installation was easy, just be sure to get the extra air mixer valve if you're on LP or the two burners will produce a giant flame, learned that the hard way!

I installed the firepan on June 6, 2024 . It was easy to install and makes a beautiful flame. The only problem is that it is very noisy. I use natural and its like you can hear the gas traveling through the pipes very loudly. I contacted the after sales folks by email and they suggested bending the supply line in a S shape. I tried that but the sound persisted. I emailed them back and told them that it didn't help. They did not respond. I emailed their main email address and they did not respond. The media could not be loaded. No matter what setting the gas valve is at it makes a high pitch ringing noise. Really disappointing.
