This is my third pair of the same exact boots. I have bought them in both brown and black. I wear these to work in my office and am working back and forth throughout the building all day and they are very comfortable. The rounded toe prohibits any pinching and the zipper and tie combination allows me to make them fit perfectly around my ankle. The shoelaces are very long and I did have to cut them. I do spray them a waterproof material for boots but I have never had any issues with water getting into them. They look a little dressy with a pair of boot cut or skinny jeans so you can wear them out after work but not too dressy so you can wear them for running around the office as well. Boots are cute but I honestly can't tell if they sent wrong color. I ordered the gray, the color I got was a weird mix of gray, brown and black. I honestly don't know what color to call it LOL.. Grayack ha ha??. They look wildly different depending on the light. Pictures below are in direct sunlight, then in same room but not direct sun, no overhead light either. It is definitely not the gray they show in the picture, not the browns or blacks either. I'm keeping because they are really great looking and they could work nicely with brownish black or dark brown tops but I have to look for a different pair of gray boots that is actually gray to work with the tops I initially ordered them for. Fit well, I did order an 8 where I'm usually a 7.5 but I do find that changing as shoes are made elsewhere, I typically am an 8 lately on all the shoes I order online.
