Our Burner Pan outperforms most products on the market and uses a universal NPT 1/2 connector. We have 18 inches, 24 inches, 30 inches three sizes to choose from. Our high-temperature powder coated fireplace steel double row burner kit comes with everything necessary to start natural gas (NG) indoor or outdoor fireplace or fire pit projects. Firstly, we start with steel and coat it with high-temperature black to extend its service life. With two rows of burners, you can fill your fireplace or fireplace with flames. Our connection kit has been assembled using matching components to ensure optimal performance.. Then we added vermiculite to this luxury kit to cover the burner. This will silence the potential noise of the gas flowing through the burner. Now put your existing logs on the log grid, all of which add up to what you are looking for in the fireplace gas burner We strongly recommend that all natural gas products be installed and repaired by professionals certified by NFI or WETT. Installation personnel must comply with any and all state and/or local regulations.

    • The Mysterious Lack Of Instructions

I found it odd the seller chose to leave a note telling us to email them for an instructional video when including an instruction booklet would mitigate the confusion. I found a video of an almost identical product on YouTube and went from there. I have only lit this fireplace insert a couple times and have had no issues and did not experience the annoying sound some of the reviews mentioned...perhaps it happens with propane whereas we have natural gas. Overall, this appears to be a decent product but a little help upfront from the seller (like most manufacturers) would have most likely earned them an extra star. Maybe hire an intern with at least high school level writing skills and produce some instructions. ... show more

    • It's noisy

I installed the firepan on June 6, 2024 . It was easy to install and makes a beautiful flame. The only problem is that it is very noisy. I use natural and its like you can hear the gas traveling through the pipes very loudly. I contacted the after sales folks by email and they suggested bending the supply line in a S shape. I tried that but the sound persisted. I emailed them back and told them that it didn't help. They did not respond. I emailed their main email address and they did not respond. The basic pan works well, but if using LP gas, the gas screams through the line and the air valve allows some gas to escape with a noticable gas smell.
