    • Works so well I bought a second.

I have problems with tight calf muscles. I wanted to be able to get something of a dynamic stretch hoping that over time I could continue to get a great range of motion and flexibility. So I chose this over a more fixed arrangement. The others I was looking at were fixed angles of 15, 20, 25, 30 degrees etc... I found this to be rather perfect for me. With a different range of motion in each leg I am able to still stretch each leg by simply standing on 1 leg a time when I want to. This board is stable enough to support this without any issues at all. I do find that balancing can be challenging at times. So I just arrange myself facing into a something I can use as a balancing aid. In my office I use a tall book case. I can also use a wall or desk, I just prefer something of a comfortable height. Over time I am hoping that that will no longer be needed as things improve including my skills. Given that I bought one and then a second for use at work I honestly think this stretching board is amazing and incredibly useful. ... show more

No inflation needed! This is a very sturdy board. It is made very well. I used this type of board at PT so I am now on home therapy! I do use it close to the counter in case I lose my balance. This board has helped me tremendously. I do recommend it for balance exercise!

This is a quality product and exactly like the one I use at PT. It helps me continue my therapy at home and I am making great progress with this.
