Super easy to connect to a propane tank, lightweight, and puts out an impressive amount of heat. We’ve used it to warm our garage during winter parties, and it heated the entire space with no problem. Heats up things - does exactly what Im looking for.

Works very well keeping me warm as I work in a particular area. Wouldn't say that this is the one to get for deep winter heating or for heating up your whole garage but it definitely cranks out some directional radiant heat.

Simple little heater

These heaters are good but I’ve found that their life span is between 1 1/2 to 2 years before they stop working. I’ve had four of them and always keep a spare just in case. It’s a simple little heater that you have to light by hand but it does work well and the output, even on low, keeps my cactus greenhouse above 40 degrees when the outside temperatures are in the teens and single digits. ... show more

EXCELLENT HEAT

I live in a valley in Southern California, so it gets cold but not that cold. In january, we can get down into the teens. This heater is incredible. It installs easy, and it lights easy. I run it for about an hour when I get up, and it warms the house up. Then I run it maybe an hour or two in the evening on a really cold night. I have run it for as long as 4 hours straight, but it really isn't necessary. I wouldn't run it any longer than that at one time, because it does produce carbon dioxide. It burns really hot and clean, so there shouldn't be any carbon monoxide. Use careful judgment. If your house is really small, make sure you have some ventilation. ... show more
