I have two very specific uses for these Rebar stakes, otherwise referred to as trampoline stakes. I have a small greenhouse that is made of PVC pipe. Since it is made of PVC, it is rather light in weight, and in the right conditions, this little greenhouse could easily become airborne. In fact, mere days ago, I had the roof (a tarp) that was torn almost in half when we had a 65-75 mph wind come through. I am currently utilizing some considerably longer rebar to hold the greenhouse in place, Thankfully, the rebar with which I had staked the greenhouse held it into place though the roof, as mentioned, did not fare so well. I am utilizing these trampoline staples for the purpose of fortifying my hold on the little greenhouse. I do have one other use that I am also planning to incorporate. Since moving in, I have noted that there is a patch of flowers that has somehow acquired a highly undesirable tree that started growing within the middle of the small flower patch, right in the middle of some beautiful roses. We have come to enjoy the roses, but this disgusting little sapling is an obtrusive eyesore that is definitely detracting from the flowers. I am sure that it is also greedily absorbing valuable moisture and nutrients that should rightly belong to the roses. It is currently in direct competition with them, and I mean to alleviate that as soon as possible!. I am taking one of these rebar and I am bending the tree over far enough that it is now approximately 10 inches outside the perimeter of the roses. That was only able to be achieved by grasping that disgusting little tree and forcefully bending it way over, then staking it at the point of intersection with the ground. I am taking the rebar stake and staking it so that I can then carefully wipe some nonselective herbicide onto the topmost leaves the top third of the little tree is now being bent over. Without the trampoline rebar stake, I would not have been able to effectively bend over the little silver maple tree that has intruded upon the rose patch's growth. I took an older paintbrush and have wiped a nonselective herbicide onto the topmost 10-15 leaves, so given a few days onto weeks; the little tree will ultimately die. This could not have been achieved without utilizing one of these unique rebar stakes, with which I was able to effectively bend the little intruder way over, enabling the careful application of herbicide. I am very much looking forward to that little disrupter dying back, then drying out, and then after several weeks, allowing me to carefully cut it off after it is dead at ground level. These are durable little stakes. I love their construction, and I especially love the excellent weather treatment that has been added to these stakes. It seems as though it will afford a great deal of protection toward prolonging the life and usability of the stakes. So, ultimately, I have what I would tend to consider a labeled type of use, for holding my little greenhouse against becoming airborne, and for one stake, enabling the treatment of a highly undesirable silver maple tree that is becoming a hideous eyesore in the middle of a beautiful little patch of roses. The rebar stakes work very well. The rebar effectively enables whatever it is holding to be held effectively. I most enthusiastically give my full recommendation for these greenhouse rebar stakes, or trampoline stakes, whichever one prefers to call them, they are excellent! You WILL love these as I do! Highly Recommended!

Excellent trampoline stakes that do the job. The textured threading really helps them stay and make them more sturdy. The large size also gives them the ability to get deep into the ground. Our trampoline isn’t going anywhere with these guys holding it down. Good value and works as expected. Definitely recommend these stakes

These trampoline stakes will work great for holding trampolines down in high winds. They would work with many other outdoor items as well. I have had a trampoline blow into the street (and really close to a neighbors house) in strong winds and I don't want that to happen again. These anchor the trampoline down and prevent it from moving during high winds or even during normal use. The price and sturdy construction appears to be similar to many other stakes on Amazon. I chose these through the Vine program but they are a worthy contender in the outdoor stakes category. They install simply and easily with some muscles and a hammer. They have nailed down five stars from me.

I used these stakes to secure a large shade umbrella we have near our pool. In the past I had used weight bags filled with stone but these deteriorated (read totally fell apart) under the intense UV rays of our Central Valley CA sun. I had to drill an appropriately size hole in each of the four legs of the umbrella stand to fit the stakes. So far they show no sign of lossening up even though we have have had some very windy nights when the umbrella was left fully open. The stakes have the look of rebar (so they grip the soil better than a smooth rod) but are a little smaller around than typical rebar. I was able to drive them into the ground (we have a lot of hard pan) with a small, hand held maul and there was very little distortion of the metal hoop.

We're using these stakes to anchor down our metal chicken run. They were easy to install just by tapping into the ground with a hammer. It can get quite windy where we live so having the extra anchoring is crucial!

In my experience, similar rebar 12" stakes are good at anchoring structures such as shade canopies in high winds with gusts up to 50 mph for days at a time. Compared to the "candy cane" design, these are much easier to fully set (using a 4-pound single-jack hammer) because to force from the hammer is completely directed downwards instead of slightly off to one side. They're also easier to remove for the same reason.

The Hodvya lawn stakes were very strong which is just what I needed for my ornamental arch. It is a medium light weight and I was afraid it would be blown over. Now I can rest in peace.. The stakes are 12 inches long and 2 inches wide. I appreciate that they are anti rust coated also.
