It heats up quickly and produces powerful steam that melts away grime in seconds. I used it on my tile floors, grout, kitchen appliances, and even my shower walls – everything looks brand new! The attachments are super useful and make it easy to get into tight corners. No harsh chemicals needed, just water – which is a huge bonus for my allergies and pets. The media could not be loaded. I am past the age of scrubbing floors on my hands and knees, and I’ve never been a big fan of mops and buckets. But I do love STEAM for getting floors REALLY clean! I don’t have to use any chemicals, or even detergents; just rely on the power of steam to remove spots, spills, sticky areas and germs with minimal work on my part. This steam cleaner was quite easy to assemble, even without referring to the instructions! It can be used in 3 modes depending on what you are cleaning. I use it mostly for my tile floors, so I choose the high steam. It says you can use tap water, but our city water is pretty hard and tends to calcify devices over time, so I use distilled water. The LED display makes it easy to tell when it’s running low on water and easy to refill if you have more to do. It has a very long cord, so I only have to plug it in in 3 places to do all my floors. It can clean windows, which I haven’t tried yet. Using it as a handheld steamer, it’s great in the bathroom and kitchen. It has a LOT of attachments for doing a variety of cleaning jobs, which makes it a great value. It comes with 2 mop pads that are machine washable and VERY easy to put on and take off the steamer. It’s versatile, works very well and is my new favorite way to clean my floors!

The media could not be loaded. This is my second steam cleaner, and I’m honestly so happy I came back for the upgraded version. Right out of the box, I noticed a big difference. It heats up quickly and delivers strong, consistent steam that really lifts dirt and grime. I’ve used it on tile, hardwood, and even upholstery, and it performs beautifully on all surfaces. The steam pressure is noticeably stronger than my first one, and it cleans faster with fewer passes. One of the biggest improvements I love is that it now stands upright on its own. That might sound small, but it makes a huge difference when you need to stop and move furniture or grab something—it doesn’t fall over like my old one did. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the design feels more balanced. Another change I really appreciate is the new water tank design. It’s easier to access, fill, and seal than the old one, which makes the whole process feel smoother and less complicated. It also comes with a great variety of attachments, which makes it super versatile for all kinds of jobs—baseboards, grout lines, kitchen appliances, and more. The only thing I would change is the storage: I wish the attachments could clip or store directly on the unit so they’re not easy to misplace. That said, the overall quality, performance, and convenience more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a reliable, powerful steam cleaner that’s easy to use and actually delivers results, I highly recommend this one. I’m a repeat customer and couldn’t be happier with the upgrades! They clearly put thought into user feedback. I highly recommend this product.

I’m really impressed with this 12-in-1 steam mop. It’s more than just a floor cleaner, it’s a full steam cleaning system that’s great for all over the house.
