I have an older car with no built-in GPS so this was a great addition to my car. Before I used my phone but the screen is so small compared to this 7" screen. Even in bright sun reflecting on the screen I'm able to easily see the map. For the price I highly recommend getting one of these for your vehicle if you don't have a built-in navigation system. It's easy to use and I figured out everything without the manual. The battery seems to last a long time but it has an adapter to charge while you use it. You can adjust it up and down and pivots left to right to accommodate the angle so you can easily see it wherever you put it.

I bought this in August 2025 Edit 11-12-25 GPS is junk, customer service is horrible. Original review: Edit I took away a start because I wrote customer service saying that the GPS took me to a neighborhood and not where I wanted to go and they responded with “ did it take you where you wanted to go?” It will be hard to communicate with a company where English comprehension is low. The jury is still out on what I think of this. Just went to county fair today and needed directions, it took me in circles and kept leading me to city roads that were closed due to construction. Would getting an update help, I’m not sure. I was testing it to see if it worked before taking a road trip to Wisconsin and I’m not that impressed. I will update as I continue to test and I get a different and reliable outcome!

Well it works in MN. Great images and detailed information so you know where your going. Quality is good. Touch screen is very bright. Well the map is excellent because you have complete vision con a bigger screen than your phone.

I bought this GPS unit to stop relying on my phone for directions, and it’s been a great decision. While it took a little getting used to—especially locating certain features—the system is intuitive once you’re familiar with it. The maps are impressively current and accurate, even during my short time using it. The display is crisp, and the included sun visor is a thoughtful touch that makes daytime driving a breeze. All in all, it’s not Google Maps—but for what I need on the road, it absolutely holds its own.

I'm now able to view the maps from a better angle while driving. It's a great help and I can accurately find my locations without making the mistake of missing a turn or 2 or missing my exits when I'm not seeing from my phone properly. The 7 inch screen gives a much better display than any phone screen does.

I ordered this GPS after seeing how much cheaper it was compared to buying another Garmin to replace my 8 year old one- it had relatively good reviews and I thought a 7 inch unit would be nice. I have returned it due to the set-up and user directions being inaccurate and somewhat confusing- the directions did not match up with display screens on the unit itself. The ulcer factor was simply too high in spite of the lower cost.

I had to return this twice, first time no power on, second time couldn’t increase backlighting to see in daylight Could well be bad luck on my part. GPS otherwise looked good.
