I’ve had this litter box about two weeks now and so far so good. Pros: quieter than my last box, easier to clean - although I haven’t completely changed out the litter, the receptacle makes it easier to discard the waste, the app is great for tracking our cats’ toilet habits and if the unit gets hung up, it’s pretty easy set up and to use. Cons: it is a big unit but not a deal breaker, it could be difficult to change out the litter completely, there is still some scooping needed but probably typical if owning cats. The litter box arrived with a tear in the plastic bottom where the litter sits. It’s big enough that litter can definitely fall through and would need to be patched or replaced. I have been in the process of getting the bottom part replaced since January 11th when it was delivered. It keeps getting delayed. I will update this review if it gets fixed soon but for a 300 dollar litter box I would like it to arrive with no damage at the least. ... show more

Arrived before Xmas. Easy to set up. It is a very nice size for 2 cats. Both cats used it right away. The motion sensor to prevent the cats from getting hurt works well. Being cays, they were very curious so every time it starts to clean they both have to check it out. As it’s supposed to, it stops. Got this for my daughter who does not clean the litter box every day. This will definitely help with cat health and smell. Very happy so far. ... show more

Ordered this out of dire need. When received was warped and would not sit flush. Error code came on right away. Did not work. Poor instruction manual was hard to read. Words were so minuscule couldn’t read.
