Our scooters come in a metal crate to prevent shipping damage. Remove upper frame screws and take off the upper frame with a 9/16-inch wrench. Cut tire wires with pliers, then move the scooter off the frame. What is the wa-rran-ty policy? How long is the wa-rran-ty? Each scooter includes a wa-rran-ty card in its trunk, covering the frame, seats, tires, battery, and other parts. Love the machine but the instructions are not really helpful. The delivery was great, the driver put the package into my garage without any complaints. The steel shell around the scooter had quite a few dents, but it protected the scooter well. Took a bit to unbolt everything, but I was glad that there was no damage. Just got today, super nice scooter. So far so good, all the pics on the listing are accurate which is nice. Came packaged in a steel crate that we had to disassemble so it was a little work but worth it.
