These work for my purposes. Sometimes you want to do more than your body weight. I always have to remind myself that good things take time. I started at doing a few sets of 20 pushups a day. Now I am up to 45 per set. The grips are comfortable. The whole unit is solid. You don't feel any shaking. When you screw the feet in, they are really on there very tight. Let's get something out of the way. Don't rely on the photo to judge the size of the handles. They've been scaled by someone who doesn't know how to Photoshop. So they look comically large. Go by the product dimensions. The handles are outstanding. I like that the foam grips aren't too thick and squishy. They're thin and firm. The powder coating is excellent. Love the ribbed feet on carpet. They're fairly grippy on tile and wood too. Double bolted joints are overkill, but it doesn't hurt. Welds are plenty good. Love the black plastic rings used to ensure no sharp edges at the joints...nice attention to detail. Overall, a solid product that *should* provide years of trouble-free use. it works for most of the needs but could be great if it were made a little taller to fit all the needs. It is sturdy and holds the grip which is very helpful in stabilizing the posture without worrying about getting slipped off and ultimately hurting yourself. if you want to work through your planche journey this is a great tool to have. ... show more

Love this for slow push-ups. Because you start with your hands/body further from ground you experience a greater extension when you lower yourself down. So this PU is harder then standard PU due to further extension.
