Firmness is about the 6/10. It is balance with plush and firm. If you need very firm mattress, this is not the one. I feel like it is more on plush side. So I’ve had my mattress for over a month now, I let it strength out for a week. When I tell you this bed is a 10 out of 10!!! The packaging was phenomenal. I’ve never experienced a bed in a box, but trust me I will never go back to the others. I purchased a king, it is now fully stretched out. I have the 14 inch and honestly I had to buy my sheets and comforter for a California king because it is huge when it’s fully stretched out. I’m loving my mattress and is in love with it. Very quiet, soft but not too soft. I don’t have any back pain when I wake up in the morning. This is one of the best purchases I’ve done in a long time. So if you are thinking about buying a mattress this is the one! Oh and I seen that a lot of people was having bad odors coming from their mattress. Well this one was odorless no bad smell. Just perfect honestly. Best mattress on the market!

Instead paying 125/hour for couple therapy, I decide to switch my queen bed to king size. it is a much cost effective way to save a relationship. This mattress is definitely a great investment, it helps to keep each others movement at the bay to not effect other side! If you know what I mean. Let’s say if your husband sleep like a kangaroo in action, you still can’t feel a thing! ! I guess that why it called “ different zones “ mattress! So at least for the 8 hours per day you can pretend you are all by yourself and sleep like you are still in college fighting for the dream position. And compare to much high end brand which can cost you thousands, this doesn’t break your bank.
