I was looking for a waterproof mattress protector that was also soft, breathable, and noiseless. After reading many reviews, I decided to try this. I was initially skeptical about how soft a waterproof mattress protector could be, but I was pleasantly surprised. The bamboo fabric is very soft and comfortable, and the 3D air fabric filling makes it breathable and noiseless. I don't even notice that I have a mattress protector on. This is also very effective at keeping my mattress dry. I have spilled water on it a few times, and the mattress has stayed perfectly dry, is also machine washable, which is a great convenience. There are two layers to the cover. Bottom layer touching the mattress is waterproof and top layer is very soft, comfy, and breathable. No crinkly sounds at, all feels like a normal mattress cover.
