I love the quality of this sauté pan. The size is good to cook for an entire family. Easy to make fried rice , chicken, mutton etc. cleaning is easy. Good didn't stick at all. I did the water test someone suggested on youtube before using a stainless steel utensil to check the readiness of the pan for cooking and that worked well. Basically it recommends to heat the pan for a minute between medium to low heat and the splash a drop of water on it.. if the water drop stays like as sphere and bounces around the pan, you can put oil and cook, food won't stick. I wash it in the dishwasher. I also use silicone or wooden spatula even though it says metal spatulas are ok. The pan is ergonomically designed with helper handle. I was worried that it would be too long with handle but I see that it's easy to store in any lower cabinets. The glass lid helps too as I can see how the food is cooking from time to time. This pan is as good as any overpriced overhyped brand, it's a value for money. I love this pan and I'm hoping it will last a lifetime.

10.5 inch Frying Pan Nonstick with Lid, 2.5 Qt Deep Non Stick Stainless Steel I love this pan!!! I use a portable convention cooktop and it works on it! I was nervous that it wouldn’t but love that it does. What I love is that it is heavy and solid as well as nonstick. I have cooked many things on it but eggs are the best. They come out beautifully and do not stick. What’s unusual is that it is deeper like a smaller wok—can do so many different meals in this. This washes beautifully. It can be hand washed but I put it in the dishwasher without issues. I highly recommend!

This has become my favorite pan of late! This is the perfect size, not too small, not too large. Perfect to cook meals for two! I like that it is not non-stick, but the honey comb bottom provides that non stick feel. It was easy to put together and easy to wash. It has worked well so far, and the bottom of the pan holds well. Definitely my favorite so far!
