I have been wanting a sauna for all the health benefits but needed something smaller so that it didn’t overwhelm my space. This sauna has delivered on all fronts. It transforms the interior into a genuinely calming environment. The wood construction is excellent, smooth, solid, and has a natural aroma that creates a spa-like feel. Assembly took under an hour for 1 person and the instructions were clear with pictures of what each part looks like. Each piece was labeled well making following the directions easy. The flame-retardant interior materials give me peace of mind, especially when I’m using the sauna daily. Although this is marketed as a 1-person sauna, it doesn’t feel small or cramped at all. It fits my husband who is 6’ 2” with enough room to sit comfortably with good leg space, and the bench is solid and supportive. No regrets. Its a chunk of change but i think it offers best value per dollar. It arrived quick no damage, packed excellent 3 boxes. Ton of engineering in this, fits together perfect. If you were a really picky person about detail it would be hard to find a fault with it. Im not paid to write this, its a genuine review, ive used it twice now and it does not look act or feel cheap, it has a high quality vibe to it. 150F max temp, 90 min max time. Great sounding built in bluetooth music. Lighting is perfect. I cant think of a single negative. Blood pressure dropped from 140 ish to 110, im sure thats temporary but i think this could be a game changer for health, certainly to lighten the load for kidneys and liver.

I got mine yesterday. I absolutely love it. All the reviews are pretty dead on with how it heats up. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up which kind of is sucky, but I noticed also that the right side seal I feel some cold air so only on one side where the door closes so I’d like to see a solution for that. Is it probably I only had a gap to 135 I have not seen it get to 149 yet I only ran it twice, but it would probably take another 10 minutes to get to the full capacity so yeah I’ve said it to 140. I’ve seen 135. It’s a great price. It’s definitely spacious enough for one person. It’s not claustrophobic. I can actually sit sideways you can’t lean back, but you can lean to the side on the wood. It’s not too hot. Definitely don’t wanna lean on a black fence so I recommend a sauna really awesome. The app is very cool and the Bluetooth works great

Fairly easy assembly and heats up quickly BUT…. Heaters are placed right where you would lean back but you CANNOT lean back and relax because it is so hot. Major design flaw in my opinion.

Value for price cannot be beat! This sauna was so easy to put together. And it’s easy to move when fully assembled. Some pieces did arrive damaged, but the seller’s customer service was very helpful and sent replacement pieces quickly! It is slight shorter than I was anticipating. I can stand up comfortably (5’3”) but my husband cannot (6’). The wood looks a bit of an unfinished, but for the price, you get what you pay for. Very satisfied!

This is a great 1-person sauna. Fits my 6' 1" frame seated. Anyone 5'4" or under can stand in it. The foot and lower leg heating panels are a nice touch. Other small saunas tend to have cold spots. The only drawback is the manufacturer's claim of "122F in 10 minutes." No way that's going to happen. It takes a solid 30 minutes to hit 120F from 70F room temp. That's not a showstopper to me, but it does need to be noted. The app makes it easy to turn the sauna on remotely so it's warm when I get home.

Great compact infrared sauna. Mine had a couple manufacturing defects but went together just fine and it works great. Comes in 2 boxes, easy to assemble, and full of features. Very cool it works with an app.

No the item does not have a computer that works right and I have to decide to return it. If I dont I cant use it well. Example the blue tooth does not work. And turning off and on is impossible for some features. You can turn on and off the heat, but not the radio for example. They appear not to want to fix the computer or send another one. The packaging was faulty and probably rattles a chip loose. Poor experience so far. I sent them pictured of the computer box hanging loose and all the screws were missing or loose that were supposed to be holding it in place and all the tears on the box so they could see how rough the shipment on it.
