This is a great little kettle. I use it in my home office for hot tea and cocoa. It is food-grade stainless inside, so I feel safe using it. It boils water very quickly and the slender spout helps keep your teabags from bursting. Once you figure it out, it will keep water hot all day and will warn you if the water gets low. I do not use this for anything that needs a particular temperature, or at least I am not as particular about it as some people are. I tend to not go for digital or electronic things. They sometimes complicate my life instead of making things easier. I am an on/off button kind of girl - so I am sure I am only using this to a fraction of its potential. I am just happy to have hot water in a few minutes and on hand through the day. So, it may be a little too much kettle for me. :) I got the white. I was hoping for crisp, bright white. It is a little creamier in color than I prefer. Overall, I am happy with it.
