Great little hot pot. 0 to boiling in a flash. I drink tea. Great for a quick cup. Holds enough for two. Works great. Using all the time. I only wish would have got larger model. Perfect for students or work. Doesn't need much counter space. Easy to clean. So far so good. Very happy with purchase. Well built, stable, auto shutoff safety feature, easy to open, one button operation. Can wind cord inside base so not all out on counter. Love it. For sure worth the price. I would buy again.

I am a person who reads reviews meticulously before buying online. I had hesitations about this one, but I’m glad I took the chance on it! This little kettle is perfect for my needs. When I read the reviews talking about how short the plug was, I was a little worried but I knew it wouldn’t affect my specific situation, so I bought it (the price point is great). When I got the kettle, it was well-packaged and came with a manual and plenty of warning and instruction labels. I also love the color! My favorite part is that, upon inspection, I realized that the cord is actually retractable into the base of the kettle! So if you hesitate like I did on that point, don’t worry about it. The cord is about 24” long when fully extended and winds back up into the base for easy storage (this has become one of my favorite features!) It fits right in a drawer when not in use, very nice for small spaces like mine! Apart from that, this little thing is great, makes hot water in just a few minutes. It holds just enough for one cup of tea or coffee so if you’re looking for something more, this little guy is not for you. When you take it off of the base after heating, the outside and bottom of the kettle is warm, but not hot — no need for potholders! It pours well, without leaking, except for a bit of steam coming out from the top at times (which it has a warning label for). It can be a tad noisy at times as it heats, but it doesn’t bother me in my situation. I could see it being a distraction or nuisance in a quiet office setting or something like that, though. If you’re looking for a safe, cheap, compact kettle for a single cup of boiling water, this is for you! I’ve had this for 4 months now, using it daily (multiple times per day) and it has stood the test, it works wonderfully and I am very satisfied with it for the price. Definitely fits all my needs!

Very useful. Have had no problems with it. Boiled water very fast. Light and easy to pack. Cord is short, but I know that is probably for the sake of portability. Very satisfied and would recommend.

REVISED June, 2025. This is a little miracle worker. It heats the full amount of water in a matter of just 2-3 minutes. I would've given it five stars except for the discoloration of the stainless interior. (And that may be just a product of boiling water.) The seller bent over backwards to ensure my satisfaction with this item after I'd had some concerns (see my seller review). The size is absolutely perfect. The color and design are perfect and yet after one to two uses, the stainless steel is already damaged from the boiling water. I’m a human being, not AI, a paid reviewer, or bot. This could’ve been wonderful.

I bought this little kettle as I only need to boil a cup or 2 of water at a time. It so far has been great for both home and on 2 cross country road trips for use in hotel rooms to make instant coffee and tra. The cord easily winds up into base and the lid is still secure after using for 8 months or so. It can srip a bit when pouring but not enough to think much of it. I do like this style of large base as contact and stability seems better than another small pot I have with a tiny base that you have place pot on it just right.
