This is definitely as described. And yes.. hard to put up! It's a two person job for sure! It took my husband and neighbor a couple hours and some choice words. But I love it and so does my son and all the neighbor kids. The hammock in the middle tore after a few weeks (we take it in during storms or nights with high wind). Kids were jumping on it and the edge ripped at the seam. They are expensive to replace, but one message to customer service and they were on it! Received a new one within days, free of charge. The hammock is perfect as this is large and I was worried someone would hurt themselves. The hammock creates a nice safety net. I'm so glad I did this instead of a playground! It's awesome.

The hammock is great with carabiner attachment but beware ... the strap broke when our small 5 year old flopped back on it. She fell to the grass on her back. Fortunately, no injury, but the hammock is a great tough piece that is now useless with the strap stitching undone. Assembly - possible with one person, but 2 is better. Watch the video, and note the 5 marked tubes are NOT the top 5/last tubes as you would assume. One end of each marked tube is bent opposite, assuming to add extra strength at the joint. Not sure. Poor instructions on that part. Also - no extra washers or screws given, so don't drop any. We'd purchase again - but without the hammock.

Sturdy enough to withstand my rough-housing grandchildren. Color is appealing. Good height for size. Easy enough to put together but you need a partner to make it easier. Heavy enough that the last strong storm did not move it.

Instructions could be easier, look at color diagram for pattern of assembly and it makes sense. Weight bearing of hammock exceeds claim, but not time tested yet!

This is pretty awesome, especially considering the price. It easily holds my four year old twins, plus my husband or I leaning on it during assistance. We have lots of rubber mulch, so I think this is a great set up. The directions were a bit confusing (although we didn’t know it at the time), so when we got to level three we had to go back and take level two apart and re-do it. It really wasn’t a big deal, more annoying than anything else. My only real complaint is one of the caps was broken (see photo). The last thing I’m going to do is take this apart and send it back for one broken cover/cap (plus we’re about 120 days beyond the 30 day return period). I’d be interested to know how to get a replacement, so hopefully somebody reads this.

My grandsons have had this for 10 months now including a bitter upstate New York winter. It is sturdy and is holding up extremely well. Can hold a 200 pound man on top. The kids enjoy it very much.... 4yrs old and 8 years old. If you follow the instructions, it was rather easy to assemble but you have to have at least 2 people. When fully assembled, its not too difficult to move to different locations in the yard if 1 person drags it/ walks it. Thank you for a great product!
