Awesome customer service, a sturdy & quality item - well loved fun climbing dome! Perfect size and love the color. Purchased June 2021. Very happy with this Zupapa climbing dome and communication with company. In my recent move in spring of 2025, original hardware of nuts/bolts, red toppers, etc were lost. Reached out to company and was able to purchase lost hardware needed. Online assemble video was helpful in the rebuild. Highly Recommend this company and product. !! A+++ 2021 build on beauty bark. 2025 rebuild on grass.

Received climber in good time. Good price for the material and quality. Instructions were a bit confusing but the video was very helpful. It did take 2 and sometimes 3 people to put together. Well made and very sturdy. Great color and quality. The canopy is a great addition. However we were missing some hardware so I emailed the company immediately as we were pretty frustrated. Pearl wrote back almost immediately apologizing profusely. They FedExed the replacement parts and we received them within a few days. Impressed with the service and quality material

First, the positives. This is a durable device that should last a good long time. The package was adequately packaged and received quickly. The cons. The assembly instructions were horrible. Believe it when it says two people are needed. The instructions included steps for two different domes made by this company and you need to pay attention to detail. Images meant to show what was to be done weren't clear. I had to do each step twice because the instructions were confusing. I would recommend this dome to others but would warn them of possible confusion & frustration when assembling it.

We got the huge 10’ footprint model and it’s been an awesome addition. Can’t speak to rust yet. It did take some hours to assemble, I spread it out over a couple days. First the bottom layer, then working up. I did this alone as one short but very strong adult. It was difficult but if you’re flexible and buff it’s possible . Definitely less annoying with multiples. I love that there are no scratchy bits. The hammock part is meh. Adult definitely can’t sit in it , pulls and stretches right down. BUT 200# adult tested climbing and that feels fine! Definitely measure your space! The 10’ is a diameter on the ground measurement. Our space is not perfectly level and it works fine Build quality: Great value

My kids love it! You definitely should put together with someone. It was a little bit of a pain but totally worth it. My kids play on this almost daily! We also love the Hammock, it's holding up well. We've had it for about 4 months now and no issues.

The instructions were a little hard to figure out at first. But we were able to get it done by using the picture of the dome in addition to the written instructions. My husband and i leisurely doing this, had it up in about 2 and a half hours. Overall, it was easy to put together, and it’s pretty sturdy, the kids have been loving it. I’d recommend this to friends for their kids.

This is definitely as described. And yes.. hard to put up! It's a two person job for sure! It took my husband and neighbor a couple hours and some choice words. But I love it and so does my son and all the neighbor kids. The hammock in the middle tore after a few weeks (we take it in during storms or nights with high wind). Kids were jumping on it and the edge ripped at the seam. They are expensive to replace, but one message to customer service and they were on it! Received a new one within days, free of charge. The hammock is perfect as this is large and I was worried someone would hurt themselves. The hammock creates a nice safety net. I'm so glad I did this instead of a playground! It's awesome.
