This product was a nice looking cheaper alternative to the HD and Lowe's models. I bought 2, one worked fine the other was not working at all. It sounded broken with flashing lights and motor sounds. I contacted customer service (after several months of procrastinating) and they responded to me within hours. They sent a video explaining what I should do (a reset) and even said in the email if it didn't work then we could move forward with a replacement. Anyway I performed the reset as seen in the video they sent and the lock worked and still works great. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely continue to use their products. ... show more

Installed this a little over a month ago. Over the past two days we've been having issues with the deadbolt sometimes working, or stopping midway to latching. Loosened the screws today and give it a jiggle to see if something was broken inside. I could hear a little "clinking" noise. So I took it apart part way. When I looked inside, the wire that connects the two was barely attached. So I removed the entire thing to reattach it. Imagine my surprise when I saw that all the electric parts were attached using hot glue 😞 There is ZERO way to reattach this. Don't waste your money. And of course, I'm outside of my return window by 4 days 🙄 And I now have no lock on my door. Not sure who decided something that has to do with safety thought it would be a good idea to hold things together with hot glue. ... show more
