Used in a custom made screen printing flash repair I did a while back. Haven't had any issues, had to make 2 trips to repair the unit due to problems getting a solid tap on the 2 heater element wires. Poor taps, and cheap wire caused the wire nuts/crimps/wire to burn up and short out but the fiber insulation was un-phased. Only had to use a small amount of the insulation but it works exactly as they described it would. No issues, good product! ... show more

This is going to work perfectly for my fireplace glass cover. The old insulation had worn down and smoke was billowing through and leaving smoke remnants on my painted fireplace.
