I used to do dry sauna's every day, and now I use this in the comfort of my own home every day. I read someone wrote they remade the frame with pvc because of the rust, and I actually did the same thing myself. I also read someone wrote about the temperature and heating the room so the sauna temperature can raise, this tent does let some heat out through the material, I guess you could say it breathes a little, and what I do, I take a few blankets and drape them around the tent, only leaving the door portion opened. I actually double up the blanketing just because, but this helps create an external seal that helps the tent from really losing any heat, and my tent gets up to 120ish probably, and with the humidity/steam, I'm sweating away. I have tried a few different home tent saunas. None were all that great. This is the first one that feels like a real sauna while using it. I paired it with a good steam unit and this tent gets me the same results I get from going to a gym one. The walls are insulated well so the steam and heat stay with you. I use a chair in a bag to sit and a towel for all the sweat and moisture. Terrific alternative if you don’t want to spend a lot for an expensive home sauna. It does take up some room and isn’t practical to take apart so make sure you have a corner somewhere to store it. ... show more

    • Love this product, 2nd one this one was a gift for my daughter.

It is fairly easy to assemble, once you get it you've got it for future assembly. Since this is my second time purchasing one of these., this one is a gift. I only want to warn that the connecting points get rusty. Going to advise my daughter to spray tips with Rust-Oleum type of product prior to assembly. I'm sure the tubing must be treated with something because the rest of the tubing doesn't visually have a problem. Only wherever the joints meet. Originally bought mine at the start of pandemic 2020 and have no other complaints about the product. Love the compatibility of it when time comes to putting it away for the season, (a storage bag would be a nice optional addition). I do pack mine away seasonally. Would definitely buy again, I would absolutely recommend purchasing this item makes a great at home budget steam room experience. ... show more
