This item is a wonderful intro to steam wellness. Simple design and quick set up, I added a teak mat in the front and a teak shower bench to sit on. I place a towel over the bench to absorb moisture when in the sauna. I do like the large clear door on this unit, versus just a window. The zippers could be a little more heavy duty. Otherwise I highly recommend this item to anyone interested in steam. A perfect addition to my cold plunge regiment for that fire and ice therapy. ... show more

It was easy to set up! Did it all myself. Instructions were fairly easy to read. I let it steam for about 30min. Then i get in after my workout for about 10 min. I feel great afterwards! Refreshed, relaxed, and ready for bed! It also makes you very thirsty! Definitely helps you drink more water! I took the chair out, I’ll either sit on the floor, stand, or do yoga. I fit perfectly in it, I’m a 5’1 female. I’ve used it 3 times so far with no problems. It’s a great sauna! Only con is I can’t use the remote while inside the sauna. It works well outside of the sauna near the steam machine, but not from the inside with the machine to the side. Kind of beats the purpose of having a remote. First, I absolutely LOVE this. It was well worth the purchase! I am sleeping better and it is helping with arthritis pain. I would highly recommend to run a dehumidifier in the room after you use it because of all the wet moisture. Mine collected a full bin of water in less than a day. I plug it in after each use. The little white cup that sits inside the tent that the steam goes into from the container outside is flimsy and extremely hot, so be careful not to touch it once the steam is rolling in. As others have said put hot water in first otherwise it takes a long time to heat up. Zero regrets purchasing this and I love even more I can get these health benefits from my home and not have to pay for gym membership! ... show more

So far really enjoying the sauna the handful of times I've used it, will see how long it lasts. As others have said, once it's set up you won't want to take it down, and the chair isn't sufficient. I replaced mine as shown. They could just leave it out and upgrade the tubes and fittings, also that herb box could be higher grade. It's good to use even without oil, so you can direct the steam away from your legs. I'm 5'2, not sure how comfy this space would be for a much taller person. Starting with no more than 2.5 liters from a boiled teakettle to save time and wear on the steamer, it starts percolating at 9 mins. I leave it at 16 for more than an hour and come out for breathers and it has never run out. A cost efficient alternative to the expense and hassle of installing a permanent steam shower, once you're sitting and sweating with your eyes closed you won't know the difference, try this! ... show more
