A really nice light/fan at a great price. Installation was no problem and the instructions, for the most part, were clear and complete. The installation video was helpful. The unit was not too heavy for this old man to simply lift up and hang on the handy steel cable hanging wire while making final connections. The variable light levels and color temperatures, plus the fan speeds are all adjustable via the nice remote. The remote also has a really handy wall mount feature so that it won't end up under the bed or someplace. We are considering buying another one for a different room. Perfect size, 52" Dia, and it moves a LOT OF AIR !!

Pleasantly surprised! Installation was easy. It works great. Way more functionality than what you can get at Home Depot, plus it is half the cost! We haven't gotten it to work with our phones yet, but I'm sure we'll get that done soon. It is pretty bright. It was brighter than I thought it would be. You can also choose a lower light level. I'd like the fan to turn a little slower on the lowest speed, but it is a minor complaint. My husband doesn't like that the cover for the light is plastic.

Absolutely love this fan! Was super easy to put up Love the design! The simplicity made it easy to understand and easy to put up all the parts are there no need for an electrician lol and the price was wonderful You couldn't beat it I wish I had to ordered some more. It is silent running I can't hear a sound it comes with the remote and batteries. The light is dimmable which is a bonus and it's LED lights so no light bulbs to replace. I highly recommend this for quality value and price.

Super easy to install, I like that it's lower profile to the ceiling especially without a light fixture hanging down. There's no chains for the lights or the fan speed it's all done with the remote control. Has a steel cable you can connect the fan to the base and hold it up in the air while you connect the wires. That was such an easy way to do this. The remote control buttons could be labeled a little bit more sensibly. You probably wouldn't pick this remote up and know how to use the fan without having a little guide that goes with it. Four stars because of the weird button labels on the remote. It's super quiet, it came with blade balancing pieces but I didn't need to use any of them. I put this in a room that we use a VR headset with so we could stop worrying about smacking our previous fan. The app download for Android is not done through the Play Store, you have to side load that, I highly recommend you not download that. It's not Google or Alexa compatible either so you'll just have to use the remote.

Regarding durability, I would suggest being very careful during installation. As other reviewers have shown, the safety loop that holds the fan in place while wiring is very weak. While wiring, it broke, fell down, and injured my girlfriend who was holding tools beneath it. She tried to catch it, so nothing else would be broken, but it hurt her arm. The wiring box was cracked, and the wires were ripped out, requiring a replacement. We ordered 5 of these. The first one installed just fine so far, but the 2nd had issued with the safety loop. Short term review so far: The fan itself is fine, when installed. It works well, the speed settings are good, and the lighting goes from very bright to dim, and from warm to cold. The included remote also works well and includes mounting hardware for a wall. Color options for the blades are a plus. I would say that it's worth buying overall, but definitely beware during installation.
