Consistent with the information on the website, the scooter was easy to assemble. The challenge we have with the scooter is that my father is short (5 ft. 2 in.) and somewhat slender (~150 lbs). The scooter was too small for him to use. His knee hit the steering column and he was not able to swivel the chair. I received a note from the manufacturer that I can order another seat from them, which is fine. But I find it rather odd that as sold, the scooter is too small for my father and that I would have to purchase an additional adjustable seat to try and make it work for him. ... show more

I give this product 0 stars. I followed the directions for charging the battery. When I inserted the key to drive the scooter it makes a terrible sound that continues when driving it. I only took it for a test drive down the sidewalk and the speed is so slow I wasn't sure it was going to make it back. Also if you're not used to using a mobility scooter the turning ability of the tiller is very touchy. Also it is difficult getting off and on unless you turn the seat as you have to step over the battery to get off. ... show more
