From ordering to delivery took only 4 days. I needed a light scooter that could be taken apart to store in the trunk. So many manufacturers will not give you all the info you need to make that purchase. At least that info was available on the Amazon sales site. This is by no means an all terrain, heavy duty unit. It does just what I need and the speed is very good ( without being too fast nor too slow). It makes turns quite easily. It handled uneven, slanted pavement, went over cracks, transitioned from sidewalk to dirt road easily. My driveway is on a slant ( don’t know the degree) and it handled that fine, though you could tell it was using more energy to do that. It came with enough charge to test it. This is my first scooter and I am 5’ 6”. This is the longer room scooter. If I had gotten anything smaller I doubt my legs would fit. You have to sit with your legs straight , knees bent 90 degrees - no room to let them go forward at all. From where my foot hits ( size 8 shoe) to end of foot space ( without putting them up on wheels) there is no available room. The xtra space on this scooter might have been put under the seat(?). You could put them on top of the wheels but I absolutely am not going to do that ( but you could no problem). It does feel unsteady when you first ride but I think that is something I have to get used to. I keep wanting to put my foot out for stability - again, have to get used to it. All in all I would say this is a good scooter and my husband is able to take it apart to put it in the car ( also the reviews posted were all from 2022 and 2023 so I didn’t give them too much power over my decision).

Owned a Zipr4 Traveler for two years and was happy with the performance of the scooter. Tried to upgrade to the Zipr4 Xtra and was extremely disappointed with the product and entire experience with the Zipr Mobility Solutions company. First problem: Ordered a Zipr4 Xtra but received a Zipr4 Traveler instead. Had to provide visual evidence that the wrong Zipr4 model was sent. Second problem: The replacement scooter shipped DID NOT WORK right out of the box. Third problem: The last scooter sent to remedy all of the prior issues only worked for 5 months before failing completely. The company no longer responds to emails or VM.

The box was damaged and the scooter had a small piece broken off of it, which my husband glued back on. The head light also doesn't work, but we don't need it for our purposes. We needed the scooter for my Dad and so the idea of sending it back across country and hoping to get a perfect new one was not an option. The scooter seems to work just fine and luckily (though we bought the one with 4 extra inches), it does fit into the elevator where he lives.

Scooter works great. Had some unusual shipping mishaps from FedEx and machine got a bit scuffed. Zipr got right after it and it’s like new. Great customer service.

The scooter arrived defective. Seems like a battery issue. The scooter will not charge. The phone number is provided on the scooter and online to the company are all out of service. I have emailed four times, each time the response has been to open the battery pack and check connections, which of course we have done. I suggest finding a scooter from a different company.
