I wish I had known about this before I purchased a $300 radio for my other car! This beats it hands down 100%!!! This Multimedia Car Player is fantastic! I have an iPhone and the “Car Play” feature is great! Never drops out or lose connection with my phone and everyone can hear me clearly as well! All of the different ways to connect are great too! It was easy to connect and had everything to do that with ease. Plenty of wire to reach anywhere! And the mounts are spot on too no matter where you want to put it! Support is fabulous as well! I had read in other reviews about the front camera time being off from the current time but doubt there is a firmware update that resolves that so I contacted support from the email address provided in the manual and they sent me the firmware update pronto! It was pretty simple to install but if you don’t know your way around a computer then they can send you the chip and you can just plug it in where the micro SD card goes and do it that way. It just takes longer to get the chip if they have to ship it to you. Support was very prompt, kind, knowledgeable and attentive to all of my questions. I wish some other companies would take lessons from them. Lol… Kudos to tech support! I plan to post a video here soon and explain more about the product but I don’t believe you will be disappointed at all with this little jewel I know I’m not. I am delighted with it! 😁👍🏻

I am enjoying keeping my iPhone in my pocket as my insurance company monitors my phone use while driving to determine discounts. Had to use the suction cup mount as the dash mount needs a flat hard surface. My car has neither. I had difficulties figuring out the CarPlay connection. I use the Bluetooth connection but you also have to connect the WiFi and switch on auto connect in WiFi settings to make the process seamless. The troubleshooting instructions tell you to replace the SD card and if you have issues but that isn’t necessary unless you want a larger than 64GB card. Customer service is AI for the most part and poor. I asked about the 3rd party email for firmware support that was supposed to be supplied with documentation. It was not. They said they would email it to me and they never did. This would have helped with clock issues and any eventual upgrades an bug fixes. I am not sure what the issue is and is preventing me from purchasing another device for my wife’s car. My 4 star review is very generous, nor like a 3 1/4. The 1/4 is for the decent price and 350 degree camera.

Best addition to my work truck for easy, hands free navigation & music streaming that leaves my phone free for other tasks. Plus the constant recording dash cams! I bought another for my Lexus dash and will be getting a third for another work truck I'll be using. The Android Auto is what I mainly use withe Google maps big and Spotify on the side (Bluetooth'd to my phone). The device itself does not Bluetooth connect to my separate BT speaker nor car stereo. They both auto connect to my phone when powered on. I use it all day every day for work and anywhere else I drive after. I'm honestly surprised how well the touchscreen responds and has held up with constant use. Wipes clean with no wear marks at all. The dash cam is very high quality image displayed and able to be wirelessly shared (1-3min clips) to your phone for showing proof, of any shenanigans, with ease. Just be careful of coworkers who may hate on you for having such a setup. They may try to throw some shade!

My 4runner touchscreen stopped working but instead of replacing the radio this screen is a better option. I like the mounting bracket that sticks to the dash since I'm not a fan of using the window mounted versions. Once it's setup its seamless with getting in and out of the car, connects automatically and shows the map or music you were listening to before. It feels like it's just part of the car and I was able to use a custom boot up screen that matches my vehicle. Highly recommended. And I can't forget the fact that it's always recording out the front camera which is a bonus.
