The package arrived in poor condition but it didn't look like damage to the bed. As it turns out am pretty sure this was a once returned item with scarred corners on the bed frame, I decided i would keep it anyway but after assembling I could not get the electronics to pair and work. I went through the reset process in instructions but the controller would never go to pairing mode. I called the manufacturer, Zinus, but they do not have any phone or email support. They instead send more elaborate system reset and that too failed to work. I then called Amazon and explained that I strongly believed the brains box attached to the bed was defective because one led light showed green but the other side for the 2ed motor would not light, but they Amazon or Zinus could not send the parts so I could replace, so I opted for full refund. Amazon handled the situation great by offering to have bed picked up at our house as long as i could repackage it, but I would stay away from Zinus beds at all cost. ... show more

I ordered this adjustable bed frame because I've never had one before and I wanted to try it out and I absolutely a little bit! I think it is seriously good quality. The instructions are very clear and it was easy to assemble. The adjustability is amazing and I love everything about it! A great price for an adjustable bed frame. I like the high weight capacity, means the frame will last for a long time. Made with heavy, thick metal. As others have said, it is a pain to get the remote set up. Do that before you put the mattress on, cuz you'll need to have the remote close to the box underneath, and you may need to turn it on and off a few times until you get it paired, but it does work. You have to hold the buttons, when you let up, the bed stops, so there are no preset positions. Has buttons for head up, head down and feet up and feet down. We saw that when you do the feet up with just the mattress, like you aren't in the bed, the whole mattress angles up, you don't get the bend. While you in the bed, the mattress will confirm correctly. Could be that we have a lightweight mattress. It's a basic adjustable bed with a high weight capability and a funky remote set up.     • Definitely helped with my back
I got this because I have an L4 herniated disc, and being able to adjust the bed has helped me get more comfortable. I like that I can raise my head or legs instead of trying to stack pillows and move them around all night. The remote is simple, and the frame moves smoothly when I adjust it. Setup was not bad either, and once I put my mattress on there, it held it just fine. It feels steady when I’m laying on it, and the motor is not loud. For my back, having more positions to choose from makes a big difference when I’m trying to relax or sleep. Definite recommend from me! ... show more

After 1 month, the remote stored working. Had my mother not gotten sick again, this review would have been done earlier. DID NIT FUNCTION SS EXPECTED. Now I have a broken bed.

This is a screaming deal for an adjustable bed frame. I've seen some complaints about the plastic legs but I already own a queen sized version and the legs are PLENTY sturdy. If you're assembling by yourself, I find it's easier to attach all legs on one side and THEN flip the frame upright on the side you haven't attached the legs. Once that's done, it's easy to lift that side and attach the remaining 3 legs. If 2 are doing it, it will be fine to attach them all and then turn it over. The reason I did it that way I did was to prevent any sideways pressure on the legs as this could possible bend or break them. However, once it's in position, these legs are more than adequate to support a lot of weight. Pairing took me a couple tries but it was because I pushed the wrong 2 buttons. Once I figured that out, it paired easily and stayed paired. See my video showing it being used. It's almost totally silent, moves smoothly with no weird sounds or creaking. We have a disabled son, and have been looking for an adjustable bed for him for a while now, but they all are pretty expensive… so when I saw this, I jumped on it. I’m just gonna say it… this adjustable bed is fantastic. It’s very sturdy.. definitely heavy duty. It’s simple to set up…. Just screw in the six legs, plug in the power supply, turn it over, put the mattress on, and that’s it. You have to pair the remote to the bed so that needs to be done before it will work. It’s literally just holding 2 buttons down at the same time for a few seconds, and the directions clearly tell you what to do from start to finish. We like this so much that we are getting two more, and will put them side by side in our room making it appear to be a king bed when made up. I also like that the power supply also takes two 9V batteries in case the electricity goes out, you can still use the bed functions. It also has a “stopper” at the foot of the bed frame which keeps the mattress from sliding off when in the upright position. This is the best alternative to the expensive adjustable beds you see on tv and I would easily recommend this to anyone who needs an adjustable bed frame. ... show more
