This is my 3rd roof rack on 3 different SUV's, and as roof rack's go, this is clearly the most solid weight bearing roof rack. For the price, it is much sturdier than the factory Kia rack. The cons: as most have stated, the instructions are very poor. I had one of the locks not work, and upon trying to email the manufacturer, I found they did not have a working email address linked. Amazon was gracious enough to send me a replacement, which I used to replace the one rail attachment. I would still recommend. Removing one star for incorrect instructions, non-functioning email, defective part.

2024 Telluride. Perfect fit and easy to install. There is some guess work on where to line them up but that’s just personal preference. Used them on 1 trip so far and strapped a cargo case to it. Worked well and looks good.

Would rate higher if better delivery experience. Roof rack is solid and seems good quality. It is bigger than i expected. The proportions look bulky on the car. Some people might like that look but I'll probably remove them when not expected to use for long periods of time. Ignore the instructions... you have to fully remove the nuts first. Very low, if any, wind noise. Ordered the improved heavy duty design. 1 week delivery. No tracking number or shipping notice. On the day of estimated delivery recieved message saying delayed 1 week. After one more week, got another notice for one week delay. The Amazon web page still said it was in stock. After another week, got another message saying "delayed one week, so you still want it"... yes. After one more week, another message saying "shipping delayed, unknown delivery date". The Amazon page i ordered from now said basically same thing but there was a new page for the exact same item, same snailfly seller that said in stock. Canceled original and reordered for 1 week delivery. This time i got tracking info but after a week... message for delayed delivery. Finally got it after 6 or 7 weeks.

This was surprisingly very easy to install. Instructions were clear enough and it locked into position. Easy to adjust and slide back and forth into position. Comes with tools and is enough to install, no additional needed. There is one thing you should save yourself the trouble with... The instructions (Step 2) says "Do not fully remove bolts." You absolutely should remove the bolts! It makes the installation much easier and faster!

When I ordered these, DH was skeptical. When they arrived, however, he became an immediate convert. They are lovely, heavy-duty, heavyweight cross bars. I don't know much about cars and didn't know that we'd need to get side roof rails to attach them too, but DH loves these enough that he's going to fork out an additional $300-$400 for the side rails. He is delighted with these, and so am I.
