First of all, I already have a 23 cup Zero Water Dispenser and paid almost $10.00 less than I did for this 30 cup dispenser, only to find when the 30 cup dispenser arrived yesterday from Amazon, that the 30 cup is the same size as the 23 cup, and I was of course expecting a larger dispenser for the additional money I paid. So I'm not happy about that, as I feel it to be both misleading and underhanded. When I called the Zero Water Company about this, the representative explained that this model used to be marketed as the 23 cup, and was remarketed recently as the 30 cup, and agreed both dispensers are the same. He further explained the 30 cup refers to overall dispenser capacities of both top water intake reservoir at 7 cups, and lower filtered water reservoir capacity of 23 cups. Total 30 cups. I'm a little disappointed so far. It doesn't fit in refrigerator well so dispensing water is difficult as is filling it. But I don't blame manufacture for that because it could just be my refrigerator. But the poor documentation makes me worry the product may not have the quality I hoped for. The reason I needed documentation is to figure out how to use the TDS water meter required to determine when new filters are needed. The first instructions I found was basic turn it on and put it in water but all I got was 3 blinking zeros. I googled it and it let to ZeroWater's TDS FAQ page but once there I could find nothing about blinking zeros so decided I would figure it out later. So today I picked it a back up to try again but the batteries seemed dead so I googled how to replace them. It basically said remove the lid and replace them on a PDF with a picture. While trying to remove the lid it suddenly came on with three 0's and they were not blinking. so I put it in a glass of New Orleans tap water and it just stayed with 3 zeros; I just didn't believe New Orleans was pumping ZeroWater so I fugured those numbers could not be trusted? So now I press the hold button and put in the water and now I get 3 dashes - Progress! But the dashes never turn into numbers . I turned it on and off and tried again but still just dashes when in water and 3 zeros when it out. It can obviously tell it's in water and maybe the 3 zeros is some kind of code; I'd don't know what to think other than I hope the filter works better than the meter? ... show more

I starting using this at work and I couldn't be happier with it. It truly filters out all the impurities to zero. I checked the water all over the place at work using the tester that came with the unit. All the water was over 160 TDS. Using my PURE water pitcher only dropped the TDS to 120. This actually dropped it to Zero. You can taste the difference and now my co-workers are buying these. BUY this and you won't be disappointed. ... show more

This made my insanely obsessed Dr Pepper drinking boyfriend drink water. It’s large and filters fairly quick, the water tastes great! Downside is that filters are kind of expensive but it does last a while!
