If you have ever purchased a so-called "expandable" hose, you probably had some challenges. They kink easily, are notoriously flimsy, and impede water flow because of the accordian-like design. This hose has none of those problems. We've had a couple of them for years. I needed another hose for an extension to get to a spot further from our faucet and bought a purportedly super-duper expandable hose at a big box store just because it was handy and they did not have a Zero-G on the shelf. It was horrible. I'd forgotten how bad the expandables were. I returned it the next day and ordered a Zero-G from Amazon. It cost twice as much as the expandable one I returned, and it's worth every cent. We store these on a simple caddy that attaches to the wall. I actually built a stand for our caddy so I can move it around and not have to drill into the wall. The hose is easy to handle and very dependable. Fittings on the expandables tend to tear and leak. Was disappointed with Zero-G as it a bad tear in less than a year, making it unusable. Contacted support and the refund experience has been good. Bought Zero-G Pro now. This is our second one (I needed a hose for our second spigot and I like the other one we have so much). Has the easy-coil-ability of an expandable hose but is much more durable than other expandable hoses we’ve tried. Worth the extra $. Our first has lasted several seasons.

These hoses are straight garbage and the customer service response is equally as bad. I've purchased two of these. The first one began just fine and I loved it for how lightweight it was and how it didn't kink up. I took great care of it-- never leaving the water pressure to build up and didn't leave it out in the severe weather (summer or winter) or where someone might drive over it. I BABIED this hose because with so many things like this, sometimes you get out of it what you put into it. Take care of it and it will take care of you. So I bought a 2nd one for my other yard. That's when the honeymoon phase ended. Straight outta the box, the second hose leaked profusely, right in the middle of the hose. I was shocked. Then, like all good things, the first hose I purchased quickly followed suit. I attempted to get a hold of customer service and never received any response. Even tried to reach out through their website as well, instead of through Amazon. Crickets. I am so bummed because I thought I found my perfect hose but it was all just a dream lol terrible value for the money and non-functional. Somebody start a class action because I wholly believe this company has to be aware that they are selling a faulty product! ... show more
